It’s that time of the year again; time for the Catholic Way Bible Study fall sessions!
CWBS hosts three fall sessions in Lexington, Kentucky at Christ the King Cathedral. These sessions are offered at different times and on different days to give anyone who wants to join ample opportunities.
Our first study option is Thursday mornings from 8:45 am – 11 am in Hehman Hall. In this timeslot, we will be studying the Gospel of John! John’s Gospel offers an “eagle’s eye” view of Jesus’ life. Not only is He clearly Priest, Prophet, and King, but He is also the Eternal Word, the Son of God. You will meet the cast of the wedding at Cana, the Samaritan woman, the Adulteress, and Lazarus as they confront who He really is. In addition, Jewish feasts reveal the pivotal moments of Jesus’ life and mission as the Promised Messiah, sent because “God so loved the world”. Registration and more information are here.
Our second study option is Thursday evenings at 7 pm in Room A at the Parish Life Center. This year, the study will be on Paul’s letters to the Thessalonians, Timothy, and Titus, followed in the second semester by Paul’s letters from Prison. We open with registration (for those not registering by mail) and an introductory lecture in the fall. Registration and more information are here.
Our final study option takes place on Sunday mornings from 9 am – 11 am in the O’Neill Center.

CWBS Thursday sessions will resume on September 7th, and the Sunday session will resume on September 10th. Studies are available online as well.
