All sales are final. Products may be returned within 90 days if they are defective. Defective materials due to a faulty recording of a CD or DVD may be exchanged by following this process:

Email us with the subject line: “Return Authorization Request." We will confirm your authorization by email. In the email include:
Items(s) being returned
Reason for return
Shipping address
Billing name and address

Ship Items to CWBS
Upon confirmation, enclose the damaged disc in a padded mailing envelope. Upon receipt of your item, we will send a replacement to the shipping address you provide. Return Shipping charges will be refunded for all damaged items.
