No, you can choose one of the following options:

1. Email a copy of the signed Purchase Exemption Certificate along with the organization name, address and email. After we set up your tax free account, we will notify you by email and you may complete your online order.

OR

2. You may place your order by mail and include the following:

Name, shipping address
Email,
Phone number
Your order
Signed copy of your Purchase Exemption Certificate
Check made out to “CWBS”

All orders placed on the Catholic Way Bible Study website will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Orders received by mail will be shipped 3-5 business days after we receive and process your payment.

We insure and ship packages via the US Post office.

All sales are final. Products may be returned within 90 days only if they are defective.

Products may be returned within 90 days if they are defective. Defective materials due to a faulty recording of a CD or DVD may be exchanged by following this process:

Email CWBS (insert email link)  “Return Authorization Request” In the email subject line. In the email include:

• Items(s) being returned
• Reason for return
• Shipping address
• Billing name and address

We will confirm your authorization by email. Upon confirmation enclose the damaged disc in padded mailing envelope.  Ship via US Mail to:

Upon receipt of your item, we will send a replacement to the shipping address you provide. Return Shipping charges will be refunded for all damaged items.
